How does shipping work?
We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, Turkey, Spain, etc. via China Post, e-EMS(/EMS), UPS and your local postal couriers.
How long does shipping take?
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and we wanted to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.
For international customers, it will take approximately 20-40 business days to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation.
For customers in the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore, we work with partners there to ensure a faster delivery and they will arrive in 20-40 business days from the date of shipping confirmation. (It may have delays in the certain season due to the long queues in the shipping company.)
Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
